Sheffield General Cemetery

Giving new life to a historic cemetery brand

We rebranded Sheffield General Cemetery Trust as they embarked on a Heritage Lottery-funded restoration project. They’re turning this wonderful Victorian cemetery in the heart of Sheffield into an event space, visitor centre, cafe and nature reserve.

Series of eight illustrations, including bat, snowdrop, monument and gravestone, with colours including orange, green and blue.

We devised a colour palette that represents the heritage of the site, and created a series of illustrations that reflect the multi-purpose offer of the Trust – from listed buildings and historic monuments to flora, fauna and wildlife. The brand was rolled out across print, display, digital and social channels.
